Guard Financial Consulting LLC provides digital services and consultations. We do not sell physical goods.
Consultation Services:
All consultation fees are payable in advance.
Once a session has been delivered, it is non-refundable.
Sessions may be rescheduled if cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to attend without notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
Digital Products (If Applicable):
Due to the digital nature of educational materials:
All digital purchases are final.
No refunds are provided once access has been granted.
Chargebacks:
By purchasing services, you agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks.
If a payment dispute is filed without prior communication, we reserve the right to:
Suspend services
Provide documentation of accepted Terms
Pursue recovery of funds
Exceptional Circumstances:
Refunds, if granted, are issued at the sole discretion of Guard Financial Consulting LLC.
